Global Railroad and Transportation Management Department Chair Dr. Binayak Bhandari has published his third solo book titled, “Introduction to Railroad Engineering, Track Design, Locomotives, and Safety” from Woosong University Press. This book will be helpful in teaching undergraduate students majoring in Railroad Engineering and/or Transport Management. Congratulations Dr. Binayak!
